Start with a short sightseeing tour of Morocco's largest city, including the impressive Hassan II Mosque, the Corniche, and other important landmarks. Continue to Rabat, Morocco's elegant capital, where you can explore the Kasbah of the Udayas, Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V.

After lunch, travel toward Fes through the Moroccan countryside. As the scenery changes, you will see traditional villages and agricultural landscapes along the way. Arrive in Fes in the late afternoon and check into your hotel or riad. The evening is free to relax or take a first walk through the atmospheric surroundings of the historic medina.

Continue through the cedar forests near Azrou, where you may have the opportunity to see the famous Barbary macaques.

The route continues toward Midelt, known for its apple orchards, before crossing the dramatic landscapes of the High Atlas. Enjoy scenic views of the Ziz Valley and its lush palm groves before continuing toward Erfoud and Rissani. By late afternoon, arrive in Merzouga at the edge of the magnificent Erg Chebbi dunes.

Prepare for one of the highlights of your Morocco adventure: a camel trek into the Sahara. Ride across the golden dunes while watching the sunset before reaching your desert camp.

Visit Rissani, an important historic trading town and gateway to the desert. If the local market is operating, you can explore its colorful souks filled with spices, dates, handicrafts, and traditional products. Continue toward Erfoud, famous for its fossils and marble workshops, before traveling through the dramatic landscapes of the Todra Valley.

Arrive at the spectacular Todra Gorge, where enormous limestone cliffs rise on both sides of the narrow canyon. Enjoy time to walk through the gorge and appreciate its impressive natural scenery.
