Information we collect
We only collect the information we need to answer your enquiry and arrange your trip. This typically includes:
- Your name, email address, phone number and country.

- The content of the messages you send us.
- Basic technical information (such as anonymous website analytics), where applicable.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, plan and operate your tour, arrange accommodation and services with our local partners, and communicate with you before, during and after your trip. We may also use it to keep records and to comply with legal obligations.
Sharing your information
To deliver your tour, we share only the necessary details with the partners providing your services — for example hotels, riads, desert camps, drivers and guides. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain our records and meet legal or accounting requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Cookies

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. To make a request, please email us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
