Terms & ConditionsThe basis of our service
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the tours and travel services provided by Morocco Tours Hub ("we", "us", "our"). By making an enquiry or booking with us, you ("the client") agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Enquiries & bookings
An enquiry through our website or by email, phone or WhatsApp is a request for information and is not a confirmed booking. Your tour is confirmed only once we have agreed the itinerary and dates with you in writing and any required deposit has been received.
All tours are private and tailor-made, so the exact itinerary, accommodation and inclusions are those confirmed with you for your specific trip.
2. Prices & payment
Prices are quoted per trip based on your group size, chosen accommodation level, season and itinerary, and are confirmed at the time of booking. Any prices shown on the website are indicative and may change until a booking is confirmed.
Payment terms (deposit and balance) are set out in your booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit secures your dates and the balance is payable before or at the start of your tour.
3. Changes by you
Because our tours are private, we will always try to accommodate changes to your itinerary, dates or group size. Some changes may affect the price or may not be possible close to the travel date, depending on the availability of accommodation and services.
4. Cancellations & refunds
If you need to cancel, please tell us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply to cover non-refundable costs already committed on your behalf (such as accommodation, permits or camp reservations); the applicable terms are confirmed with your booking.
If we have to cancel or significantly change your tour for reasons within our control, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a refund of amounts paid for services not provided.
5. Your responsibilities
- Ensure your passport, visas and travel documents are valid for your trip.
- Have adequate travel insurance in place (see below).
- Tell us before booking about any medical conditions, dietary needs, mobility needs or the ages of children travelling.
- Behave respectfully towards local communities, guides, drivers and the environment.
6. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, repatriation, cancellation and personal belongings. Travel insurance is not included in our tours.
7. Liability
We take great care in selecting accommodation, drivers, guides and other suppliers. However, we act as an organiser of your tour and are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control, or from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, or from your own actions.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Force majeure
We are not responsible for changes, delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, strikes, civil unrest, government action, health emergencies or natural events. Where such events occur, we will do our best to arrange suitable alternatives.
9. Complaints
If something is not right during your tour, please tell your driver, guide or our team immediately so we can put it right while you are still travelling. If a concern remains unresolved, please contact us afterwards and we will respond promptly.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
